Terms of Service & Additional Pricing

Terms of ServiceBy placing an order for my artwork, you are purchasing my time and services. During the process of creating your art piece, it will be bound by my terms of service. Please read through carefully before placing an order.I have all rights to decline an order if I feel I am unable to complete or do not feel comfortable creating.Payments• Accepted forms of payment are PayPal and Credit/Debit. Only real currency will be acceptable forms of payment.
No virtual or game currency, gift cards, or art trades will be accepted.• Payments must be sent upfront, work will be started once payment is received.
50% upfront then 50% after sketch update approval is also accepted if preferred, please notify before invoice is sent to adjust to the 50/50 setup.• Payments must be sent within 24 hours pay period upon invoice being sent. Order will be canceled if not paid within pay period.
Please discuss if time extension is needed.Refund Policy• Refunds will not be given once the commission has begun, to compensate the time worked.• Partial refunds may be offered at first sketch update phase if product does not seem like what you are looking for. However, once sketch is approved, partial refund will no longer be offered.Additional Fees• Additional fees may be added if designs or concept are more complex than the average commission, frequent concept changes after update approvals or concept redrawing exceeding the 2 redraws offered. Additional fees will always be made known to give option of going forward or not.• Additional characters will increase the charge for the artwork. Base prices will cover one character only. All additional characters will cost 50% of the base price. ( # of added characters x 50% of base price ). Animals will be charged as additional characters, not as props.• Hand drawn backgrounds will be an additional fee, based on complexity. Contact with details for price quote if interested.• Priority fees may be added if deadline is within a short period of time. This fee may vary upon time given if moved to top of commission queue.Commissioning Process• To commission, please thoroughly fill out an order form to give details of what you would like created, including supplying reference material.• When concept is approved, I will contact you to discuss any additional details towards your commissions, provide a payment total and receive final approval to send the invoice.• All deadlines must be provided and approved before invoice is sent. If given after payment is received, deadline will not be honored.• Once payment goes through, the commission will be started. I will contact you with the first sketch update for approval or any adjustments needed before the cleanup stage. I will offer to redraw the sketch up to 2 times if needed.
Once final approval on sketch is given, I will begin the cleanup and detail phase where no more drawn adjustments will be accepted.• Your commission will also be added to the live commission queue for additional updates.Will / Won't DrawAccepted:
• Human, anthro and animals
• Gore/Horror
• Fandom
• Sexual themes (will be changed differently)Not Accepted:
• Sexual themes with minors (under 18) or animals
• Fetishes
• Symbols or concepts I consider uncomfortable (I will inform before any payment)
